Full time (37hrs/week), regular evening and some weekend work will be required.
NJC point 31 - 33 (£26,539 - £28,127 pa pro rata)
Me2 Club is a Wokingham based charity enabling children and young people, aged 5 to 19 years, with additional needs to participate in mainstream activities, playing and socialising alongside other children.
Me2 Club are looking for a flexible and organised individual with in depth understanding of children with additional needs and excellent training, facilitation and management skills. Experience of working with volunteers, promoting inclusion, and supporting children on residential trips would be beneficial.
The role will include day to day people and projects management, delivering a varied programme of disability inclusion training to volunteer and activity leaders, supporting volunteers who enable children to attend mainstream activities, and providing leadership on residential trips.
